Ingredients:
Sauce:
250 ml
mascarpone cheese
2 tablespoons
granulated sugar
150 ml
yogurt
1 tablespoon
lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
Content:
2 kiwi fruits,
cut into pieces
1 can of
sweet oranges in syrup
8 fresh
strawberries, cut into pieces
100 grams of
pineapple, cut into fan
10 red
grapes, cut in two parts
How To Make:
1. Prepare a
sunken plastic container with a lid.
2. Sauce:
whipped mascarpone cheese with sugar until smooth, add the yogurt, lemon juice
and salt, stir, store in the refrigerator.
3. Take the
container, kiwi fruits, sweet orange,
strawberry, pineapple, and grapes, give the sauce on top, cover and store in
refrigerator.
4. Serve
chilled.
